What is the best in ear system for the money. I cant afford the most expensive thing on the market, so what is the best you can buy with good clarity and plent of bass without break-up or distortion?

For ear buds with good clarity plenty of bass without distortion or break-up you have UE-11 Pro or JH-16 Pro

OVERALL

UE Triple Fi and Shure PSM200 probably get the most street cred around here.

My band mates and I all use audio technica m2 wireless units and 1964 Ears quad drivers. Great bass.

yeah PSM 200 is about as good as cheap can get....just change out the buds...the SE215's aren't horrible but not great, but if you can deal with it then great. otherwise i would suggest to replace them with your favorite pair.

I'll suggest you also add a Rolls PM351 personal mixer... greatly helps with your success potential.

yeah PSM 200 is about as good as cheap can get....just change out the buds...the SE215's aren't horrible but not great, but if you can deal with it then great. otherwise i would suggest to replace them with your favorite pair.

SE215 are probably the best IEM for the (little) money. Very good isolation and compares to the SE425 and SE535 they are more bass heavy, thus less HiFi oriented regarding reference sound.

The SE215 have pro cables and bodies... this hardware aspect is the difference between $20 Department Store buds and the pro-class thing.
