In praise of solid colors

Black hardware, no PG, bright solid colors. You would have loved the 80s.

I was there. I did.

My favorite solid color is clear!

Mine too, but the SR375e in blue is a tint over a plain maple body and looks gorgeous. You have to be up close to see the grain.

My SR206 in the scratch and sniff brown is going to be plain white, most likely a wrap.

Pretty much all of my other basses are woodgrain, many ash.
