    2x10" Eminence LF drivers
    Faital HF driver
size & weight of a Fender Rumble
power not a big consideration, 20 - 50 Watts would be enough

enough gain to take the paint off the walls

    Somewhat possible.
with switch mode power to lighten it up

2x10 add more weight, single driver easier
God forbid if it's another horrid EL84 mini tube thing. And just use 6V6 pair
  4. Where it falls down is the transformers for a 50w tube amp weigh about as much as the whole Rumble.

Yeah, the weight of my 50 watt Ampeg PF-50T alone is 20 pounds.

I had one of the all-tube Bassman 100's with the 4x10 neo cab - REALLY nice sound coming out of that rig. I decided to go with Accugroove cabs and a Streamliner 900 and Darkglass M900 heads.

  11. Yeah, I thought they had the Little Bastard at 30W. I guess in the time I stopped looking it was discontinued.

  12. "All-Tube Combo", A MATCH!!

2x10, EV Black Widow drivers, no hf horn
Size of a Rumble, maybe; weight- not even close: Buster weighs 90+ lbs.
    Power+ 200 Watts
More than enough gain to take paint off walls, maybe even put holes in drywall.

I'm no engineer/designer, but I imagine the weight of transformers in an all-tube amp would make your idea impractical.

@Killed_by_Death: shhh.. we're working in a 100W version of the Traynor YBA300, it's much lighter and smaller... aptly named the YBA100. ETA? Not sure as we're just on the first revision of the chassis. We 'may' be showing it at NAMM in January. That is all

  14. All doable except 'size and weight of a fender rumble,' IME.

You could probably get it close to micro vr size and around 60 lbs-ish.

What are those things hanging on the wall behind your amp? At first I thought they might be basses but they seem to have too many strings

  17. They still make the CTM-30 (like the Lil Bastard, but styled for a 'different market').

Yeah, I think the closest you can come to that now is a PF50T bolted to the Ampeg 210HE. I think the Fender Rumble 210 with the PF50T would be nice!
