Increasing fretboard hand finger speed

Hello everyone! I practice quite a lot, however I have noticed that my plucking fingers are move significantly faster than the fretboard hand fingers. Any exercises, articles, etc. that could help increase my fretboard hand finger speed?

Use these exercises with a metronome:

Start slow and increase the metronome when you are comfortable with the tempo. Don't rush !!!
