Howdy!
A few years back I noticed a 5 cursor blink delay when clicking the picture icon in order to hotlink a photo. No biggie; you could make back-to-back posts and the delay would be gone. Some months back (and seemingly right after the server fires put TB down for a few days) the cursor-blink delay had doubled. Now it's up to 13 blinks.
As a rather prolific cat picture poster here this has me curious (like a cat!). What could be behind this increasing delay?
