I had a local seamstress make one for me several years ago; I use it exclusively unless I need to carry two bows (rarely). Great protection for the bow and one fewer case to carry. Velvet/velour material on the outside to protect the finish; satin-type material on the inside to let the bow slide in and out easily (doesn't catch rosin). You could make one to carry two bows if you put a divider inside. The tailpiece prevents the case from contacting the pickup wire.

For German bows there are pool cue cases available that are designed to take a cue plus extension(maybe this is a UK thing but didn't see any on amazon.com) or two cues which will get the job done, like this one
