Info On original Texas Groover Jack Barber.

I love all the many versions of Doug Sahm and his bands....I think Jack Barber played with him on all those. I'd love to know more about Jack and curious what gear he used on some of those recordings. Anybody know anything about that guy?

Amazon prime has a nice documentary on Doug Sahm with lots of Jack Barber footage, excellent stuff.

His playing on Sahm’s ‘Last Real Texas Blues Band’ is so good and creative, especially ‘T Bone Shuffle’. So many ideas all over the neck, it’s a case study.
