Bruce, is there something we can do to help?
City officials can just look at this pages and see how you have brought back life to the building. You have fans from all over the world that probably never heard of Fillmore, until you moved there. You are salvaging and bringing back to "useful life", noble and old machinery. You are a valuable part of their community!
Is there anyone we can communicate with at the City level?
How many of them might be up for reelection in November? Might this become a campaign issue? Or maybe the threat of it becoming a more widely known issue among constituents could cause them to reconsider their actions? Last thing many politicians want is an issue arising this soon before an election.
Bruce, try not to let the stress and frustration get to you too much. Not great for your health, and those of us on this end of our electronic connections want you around doing what you do best for a long time to come yet.
And your bass will be done long before that! This week, I'll be getting back to working on yours and Jim's formerly hornless Devil Bass. I want to get those two done during September.
