Insufficient Privileges to Post to My Own Thread

I'm getting insufficient privileges to post to my own thread. Maybe this is due to indexing?

Apparently this is only a problem when I access the thread through notifications. If I go through the Classifieds I can do all the things.

It’s telling me I have insufficient privileges to post on my own For Sale thread in the classifieds. I was trying to bump my posting but am not able

Ditto on all of this.
Can't find the "bump" icon.
Also getting "insufficient privileges" message and won't let me post or edit on my own threads (bass guitar pedals & effects sale threads).
