When I was playing in the Dave Rowe Trio (a folk band), we had many conversations that were a lot like the article talked about. How to communicate to the fan base, how to build the fan base, etc. Once again, a good lesson that knowing how to be a business person and a good communicator will go a long way to helping you thrive as a musician.
