Not yet as im still recovering from back injury so playtime is limited but ill make one in the future. Also i am not tech savvy and dont know how to record via an audio interface or DAW but id really love to learn on how to do it. any tips or links to get me started sir?

KILLER board! That’s pretty much what I’m working towards!

Thank you sir. Here is the full board. the frantabit goes to another board of mine and the nimbus SE will take its place and will rearrange placements once it arrives.i have everything i need in this board and I couldnt stop playing once its out. Cheers! View attachment 5314864[/QUOTE]

Oof, the whole thing is even better! I can’t imagine not being able to get any sound out of that considering your options. Well done!

I picked up some of these from Amazon. Great for bypassing a pedal space when you clear out a slot for incoming pedals. Great for extending cables for short term testing. Even TRS so works with expression pedals.

Pretty cheap and have a couple at home and one in my gig bag just in case of failure.

Next time I visit my cousins in San Diego, I'm stopping by your place for an almighty gear geek out! ;)

Hey all, I picked up an FMeron recently and we're still getting to know each other. I've watched Zachary Rizer's excellent tutorial/review, Janek's couple vids on it, Michael Shapinko, but I'm still trying to a get a feel for how it works in context with a band - do you guys have other Soundcloud/YouTube links that show the FMeron in its natural habitat? ;)

I love the tracking down to a low-B and I'm finding some good stuff with Decay at 2:00ish, Env at ~10:00, and the FM set low so I get that little bump in attack and then the note settles into a nice rumble. :) Just looking for how folks use the other sounds that this thing has on tap, especially given the number of boards I see sporting this pedal.

Thanks!

I’d love to hear how others have utilized it as well. I don’t think I gave mine enough time before moving on. I play a lot of key bass and went that route for FM sounds.

Probably shouldn't be sharing this, but I really like the community in this thread, so what the hell. Little excerpt from the album one of my bands is currently recording (a covers album, but only featuring artists the bandleader has actually played/performed/recorded with throughout his career). Still essentially unmixed at this point, so judge the tones kindly! I don't use the FMeron throughout the song, just for this little dubby section.

I play in an electronic noise jam/improv/freakout band, and I lean into the FMeron heavily with them. But I don't have any decent recordings to share, sorry! It's still a relatively new thing, and we aren't able to get together super often.

What's the froggy sounding effect? Talking about bitcrushers, envelope into crusher sounds amazing
