Polytope looks really great next to the neptunium. It won't stay on this board for long, but I'm really digging how versatile it is.

This is a good start. Now imagine those next to a Broughton Sunray in metallic orange hammertone, Damnation Audio MBD-2 in blue hammertone, and Iron Ether Subterranea in brown hammertone. The aesthetic potency!

2 out of the 3 of those are very hard to find. I have the blue MBD2 tho!

I have a Neptunium as well. Why will the Polytype not stay on your board long?
It's going to live on my touring board, which is in a trailer somewhere.

Polytope landed last thursday among with a few other pedals. aside from the killer hammertone finish that i absolutely adore. it sounds great with the other pedals in my main board hence its gonna stay in the board longer. it has replaced my southhampton utility knife which is also an amazing pedal. it sounds really great with the broughton sentinel, valve champ,3 leaf chromatron and with the cali/noble and humbolt engaged. thick wonderfull modulated sawtooth tones if engaged with the subterrenea and doom2. (the oxide resides in my other board) we lost a family member last week and somehow music has always made things easier to cope with alot of hardships in life. also waiting for the broughton calypso to show up and might kick the ghost doom2 out. tonequest with IE is always a pleasurable experience

Not sure if there will be much interest here, but I'd love to trade my Arcing Prisms from the latest drop for an earlier one. Here's my ad-

Have there been changes to the Arcing Prisms since it came out?

I like that pedal way more on guitar, it just seemed to muddy up when playing with a bass, but it could also be i'm not using/playing it right - how are folks here using it on bass?
