Irregular pole piece spacing

I recently bought a pair of P-bass type pickups. I went to put covers on the pickup and noticed that the spacing is irregular. It does not match up with the even spacing of a typical P-bass pickup.

Does anyone know what bass this pickup came from?

Can I purchase correct covers or blank covers that I can drill to make my own?

I have no idea what pickups you have. It might be hard to find the exact pickup cover, except if you measure your pickups and compare specs... yeah, you can buy a solid cover, and use it as is (won't affect the sound), or drill holes... or you can just use the existing covers, they will work fine as is, or maybe just enlarge the holes...
