Is my cab busted?

The cab might not be reproducing a 'true' sound and a better performing cab might help...but apart from the overall clarity, is that the tone you are wanting?

I was able to return the cab no problem.
Guitar Center will cover shipping if I find another cab I want in their system.
GC is pretty cool about returns when it doesn't screw with a sales associate's commission

Does anyone know a qualified tech to get my svt3pro bias tested?

Any Ampeg factory authorized service center (with experience with this model) should be able to handle it.

It's the perfect tone for me, when the low end doesn't cut out after a moment.
I'll look for another 4x10 HLF somewhere
