I really want to go to college in New York City and I'm looking for schools to apply to and I was wondering what peoples' thoughts were on NYU and it's bass faculty?

Absolutely. I'm a student in the jazz program now. The jazz teachers are Mike Richmond, Ron McClure, Martin Wind, and Drew Gress. The classical teacher is Joe Bongiorno. The jazz program is unparallelled in terms of gigs, the faculty, a brand new facility we just got this year, etc. PM me if you have any specific questions.
