Is the Spector Legend 5 a gud beginner bass

I just ordered this bass and its on its way 2 me here in Jamaica. This is my first bass, n i was considering the Ibanez BTB405. All i wanna know is if the Spector Legend is a better choice and y.

The Legend Series from Spector are great basses. I've had my Legend 4 for about a month now and it's my favorite out of 7 basses. You're not going to be disappointed!

Hell yes! Nothing with the "Spector" name on it is crap, or even close to it. Yes, you'll get the occasional ding or finishing flaw that accompanies any mass-produced instrument, but Spectors are top-notch all the way around.

The Legend is a great "budget" series bass that would hardly be considered "beginner", but could definitely be used as such.
