Is there a way to clean this recording up?

So in the interest of learning something new I tabbed out note for note crossroads and made a vain attempt at recording it with my phone, I don't own any recording interface equipment. Is there any way to clean it up now that it's recorded? I'm not looking for great production just some way to filter some of the "wash" for lack of a better term out of it. Keep in mind that I'm just a player, I know absolutely nothing about recording!

Yep figured that out, reading up on some basic recording gear to purchase.

Your best bet is probably seeing if any of your friends have an interface. Take the video with the phone, record the bass directly into an interface as well, then you or your friend can sync everything up (bribe said friend with copious amounts of food).
