if there was such a tool here on talkbass which would notify you everytime your post in a thread has been quoted?? if something like this can happen then it would be so much easier to get back to replies and not to forget about your posts a couple of days back ya know

edit: am not talking about the subscription feature we already have, am talking about notification only when quoted!

Look in the advanced reply options and set it to send you an email whenever someone responds to the thread.

I posted the same request last year and got a half dozen really snarky replies saying "DUH, automatic thread subscription and notification" but obviously they didn't understand the part about notification only when quoted.

And if you use Safari, it can signal you when the page's content changes.
