Is this a good amp

I play electric and double bass for my school (pep band, jazz band, and jazz combo) and I need a bigger and better amp than the one the school has (a three chanel Peavy KB amp). I am looking at the Behringer-BX4500HBA410-Half-Stack package. Is this the right half-stack to by purchasing or is there a better one out there? I can spend up to $750. Please help!!!!

the best bass amps on the market today and in the past are now ,and always be AMPEG SVT . pricey, but well worth the money ! behringer are more or less " throw away "...meaning,,,you cant fix them should something go wrong.
