These are older basses so dont be surprised by some gig wear but just check the action, make sure the neck is straight, check that the frets aren't completely worn down, and make sure the electronics aren't making any weird noises.

Why does it matter if it is mint condition which it is most likely not, it is a great bass at a great price. If I lived anywhere near you i would have already contacted the seller and sniped it out from under you.
