Uhh...... It's listed as a Fender deluxe precision bass from 2008 with upgraded bridge.
I'm puzzled by the neck plate.
What do you think?

If you look closely at that body, it is tapered following the curve of the plate to the neck. There is shadow line just visible in the pic.
Even with a square heel?
Voilà c'est règlé...Yeah. I see it too now.
And even better in this picture sent to me by the seller!

I think it's the color and photo that's throwing off the look. I can see it pretty clear. But, you gotta look close.Even with a square heel?
I see that a lot on various “for sale” sites. By comparison, the photo in the OP is not bad, but I’ve seen some that look like they were taken in 1894! I don’t know how to even take photos as bad as some on eBay, reverb, CL, and other similar sites. My first digital camera was .3MP. As in 1/3 of a megapixel. It took photos that were 100X better than the first photo in this thread. I didn't know such a bad photo was possible in this day and age without intentional modifications.
I could teach you.I see that a lot on various “for sale” sites. By comparison, the photo in the OP is not bad, but I’ve seen some that look like they were taken in 1894! I don’t know how to even take photos as bad as some on eBay, reverb, CL, and other similar sites.
