Is this bad?

Checking out a cab for possible purchase and was given the opportunity to take it home to try out. It sounds fine and seems to perform well even at higher volumes, meaning I'm not hearing any distortion or anything. I noticed part of the gasket (?) on the lower side of the driver seems to be coming loose and I was curious if this is a sign of over fatigue or misuse? It simply looks like it's come unglued:

Any thoughts or concerns? Is this something fixable should I decide to keep it? Thanks.

Thank you. Would ethyl cyanoacrylate be ok, or should I look for something else?

No, regular white glue of PVA glue. CA is not a good choice IMO.
