Im sure whoever got this instead of just strings would be ecstatic.
I learned how to play on a squire pbass with a bent neck that had an action that was almost an inch in one spot. I saved my money and bought a fretless fender jazz because of it.
I hated that bass(the pbass) and beat the **** out of it, I drew all over it and made it my own. But I atleast owe it to it the fact it taught me how to play and I'd def. donate it before I ever smashed it even if I had to pay out of pocket.
Karma rulez.
But whatever dude I think its pretty weaksauce that you posted a thread before burning it, atleast take some action in life, not just talk about it.

PS mad props to the guy a few pages back who talked about digging up a broken classical guitar to play.
