I have a GK bacKline 600 head powering an Avatar b212. Can I run a line fron the "send" on the head and go to the input on another head/cab, and run 2 complete rigs?

Yes. This should work fine.
If they are different amps, you might have a phase issue, which you will notice right away by a massive suckage of tone. If this happens, just "reverse" the speaker cable on the second rig.
