Warwick Thumb 6 (not sure if it's NT or BO, but it looks like NT)

From what I can find, Thumbs started in 1987. I'm not sure if 6ers were available then or not until later.
There was an earlier version called the Thumb JD from 1985 but I think they only came in 4 string
