That's the 25th Anniversary Reflex model I believe.

Yes. It is a Stingray. This model predates the Reflex.

It's not actually a "Sting Ray" bass as such but is an Ernie Ball instrument. Released at the Jan 2009 NAMM Show to mark 25 years of Ernie Ball Music Man (1984-2009). Only available for a year or so. It was followed up with the Reflex bass which was discontinued in 2015.

If I'm not mistaken, that model is simply called Music Man 25th Anniversary Bass. It's pretty much a Reflex.
