issue with effect chain

When I turn my amp on 2 pedals are active. I always have to turn them off. Interestinly I changed the chain around last week and this is still an issue. The only thing that didn't change was the wah pedal. So I am assuming that something about this pedal makes it go active when I put power to the board. It also activates the next pedal in line. What do I look for to change this or just step on them every time I power up and turn them off.It is not a big deal just a little pain in the ass.

Normally this happens when the effects aren't using true bypass with a 3dpt or 2dpt+millenium switch, but are using an momentary switch to trigger the digital switching system of a kind.
As far as I know, the only way to change that is if you open up the pedal, (in most cases throw the enclosure away and make a new one) and use a 3dpt switch for switching....you actually have to build an fx loop inside the pedal.
Thats the easiest way :hiding:
