Issues with the words by my profile picture

Hey all,

By my profile picture, it says I am an endorsed artist by Zane Guitars. I am no longer affiliated with them due to breach in contract on their part. As a result, I am trying to delete all info on Zane guitars from my account, including what it says next to my profile picture but I can't figure out how to delete that or edit it. Can someone please help me?

Go to the "Personal Details" section of your profile and edit the Custom Title.

I did that but it is still showing the Zane stuff.
