The neck alignment was spot on. Notched saddles would help, as would a slightly tighter spaced nut. But it's a compensated nut, so there's that. If the fret ends weren't so aggressively rounded over, I would have walked out of the store with it. Because otherwise it was a tremendous bass.

Ha .. I thought you were talking about the P-Bass as an option. That's what I get for reading on the fly.

I really, really liked it. The feel, the sound wow. In the end I decided not to pull the trigger. I do still have the option to buy it if I want.

I am always moved by EBMM’s lucious build quality & finishes. For high production basses, they’re 2nd to none from the most exotic to basic looks, they have it down.

However, I have yet to long term, really bond with one. I always try them. One of these days.
