I've been playing St Patricks Day shows for years now. They are definitely a lot of fun since they involve many different bands in my area. I was going to use my green Fender Jazz, but I used a new Fender Player Plus Active P Bass in Silver Smoke instead. No regrets. Anyway, pictures of green basses:
