I've been robbed - help wanted

Hello,

Well someone has used my ebay/paypal to buy a $320 mobile phone. The payment also took me overdrawn and the bank has charged me £60 ($120)

I've contaced my bank who have refunded the overdraft charges and I've also contacted paypal. I'm pretty confident that I'll get the money back but,the thing is, I've got the name and address of the person that the phone was sent to (in Colorado).

I've contacted the local police here in the UK but they aren't interested. Is there an organisation in the US that I can contact? Part of me will just be happy to get the money back but at the same time knowing that I have the address of someone who has been involved in a fraud really riles me.

Any suggestions welcomed...

You could report it to the local police in the area (or the Federal police if its a Federal crime), but there really isn't much more you could do about it. Its not like you are going to fly there and sue the person for conversion for $400US! :D
