You do have a killer rig, I don't blame you! Those cabs you made with Duke are SWEET and you've got a beautiful array of Genz heads
My GAS for amps has recently been fueled by the realization that I'm now needing something beyond combo amps, but my main GAS at the moment is continuing and improving my upright chops.
Sure looks to me like you still have GAS. Maybe you can't justify it, but the lust is the GAS.
after i get my matching acoustic 301 cabinet to my recently acquired acoustic 370, I will GAS no more. it is possible, i HOPE
After 6 different instruments (drums, bass, cello, piano, recorder guitar) and having one or two of each, plus being 54 and having been to something like 28 NAMM shows. I'm about done with GAS. Sure I wouldn't MIND having nicer examples of what I own but I have no compulsion and almost no fascination with equipment. I'm ALMOST to the point where I'm about as attached to my musical instruments as I am to the tools out in the garage. I will have a okay quality grand piano one day but my kids will have to buy it for me after realizing I spent all my money on their lessons and college.

Wow! Your memory is excellent!!! Yes, I do have 3 GB heads of which the Neopak is my favorite. The only cabs I own are the 2-112 modular cabs that Duke designed. It has been over two years now.
I hope I am not crossing the line, but these cabs will soon be available with Duke's new crossover design, and I have been told that they will be reviewed by Chef in "Bass Gear Magazine". Tom Bowlus has assured me that their magazine is always excited to review new gear that is commercially available to the bass community. Needless to say, I am chompin' at the bit.
LowEndMan, I don't know what you are using now, but maybe you will be using on of the finest 2-112 rig on the market soon.

Man, I hope so. I had a 371 rig in about 1973. The 18" CV finally blew. It was not all it was cracked up to be. Modern stuff is better
When it comes to bass gear, the GAS has been pretty much satisfied. I dig the hell out of my current SWR rig, and don't see myself changing any time soon.
When it comes to mics and recording gear, it'll NEVER pass. I just bought a second Blue Spark just because I love the first one so much. And this one's in BLUE instead of that somewhat obnoxious orange...but I digress.

Can't say I have GAS. I'm pretty happy with my humble little collection of stuff. But in a perfect world I'd have another V4B, an SVT 7 Pro, and a Heritage B-15 with an extension cab. And a black/black/maple Precision.
My GAS was on the decline and what finally got rid of it was getting out every piece of gear I own and playing through all the combinations. I could not get a bad sound out of any of it. It was a relief, really. I can watch for new developments out of curiosity without feeling any need to buy.
Ya, the more i read about the 301 cabinet, the more i realize there are a lot of ones out there that have needed work or repairs. Maybe a 40 year old speaker isn't the best idea.. Seems like its also way to big for my needs, I dont think it would fit into my dodge charger's back seat.

Exactly. Just recently I decided to keep all 3 of the Bergantinos I currently have, I revised my policy of selling what I don't always use, and having three great options means I don't look in the classifieds anymore. That's how I spell releef.
I have my GAS fairly under control at the mo. I have a little trick: When I look at the GC catalog, for each amp I figure out how I already have something that meets my needs as well as or better than the amp I don't have. This has probably saved me a grand this year. I used to lust over each piece and figure out why I needed it!
Also, the wife has said she wants a drum kit. !!!!!!!!!!

so? As somebody earlier pointed out: you do actually have some real GAS! But cannot simply justify to your wallet/bank account/wife... you name it....
Man: you're too "shy inside"!!! Life is so short! Catch the moment and don't regret. Ever!!! You simply don't need a justification for a new piece of rig!!! Look at me: I rarely go out and play, lately. And for what I need, in case, (small pub jazz trio, at maximum a quartet) until august I had two "more than sufficient" amps: a Polytone Minibrute I at home and a Nemesis NC210P in the rehearsal place and for gigs. (And 15 basses hangin' on the wall, btw...)
But suddenly....
1' gas attack: I've found a Markbass LMKII barely used on the local italian major online market for 280 euro including the backpack! Damn: I did not need it, really; but could I actually pass this? No: "I will make something of it eventually". Got it.
2 gas attack: well the head is here... can I REALLY leave it alone? It would be too bad for sure... Well I need the cab... here it came the ATS 1032T cabinet. Bought brand new.
3/4/5 gas attack: I built three (3, tres trois!!!) cabinets around this head, for my pure exclusive fun and experience (they came out really good!): a tuned 2x8" + piezo, a closed 10"+6,5" + piezo and last but not least a compact tuned mighty 2x6,5"!
6 gas attack: the last 2x6,5" minicab ended out so good that I said myself "can I really leave this one alone"? So I bought what "could reasonably be" my last GAS for this year: a MB200 minihead that goes on top of this little jewel as "parmesan cheese on spaghetti" you know?

In the end I spent slightly less than 1500 euro total (that is less than some spend on clothes and much less than a new sport car etc.), but this is an additional reason why we are on this planet for, right? And now you want to leave that desire of yours unsatisfied? And NOT contributing to the global economy? Being an "anti social" human being? Why? You must treat yourself good and look at yourself in the mirror smiling in the morning.
So, you need a justification? Here you are: "Becasue I like so!", then. Remember: it's much better living with remorses than with regrets.
