I've never met a low B string I liked.

All things considered, tone, clarity, intonation, these are the best B strings I have tried, all on 34" scale:

DR DDT .125 - best intonation up high, medium brightness

DR Hi-Beam .125 - bright and clear

Ernie Ball Slinky .130 - warm and clear

TI Jazz Flats .136 - unique, requires some adjustment of setup & technique but sounds great in the mix

GHS Precision Flats .126 - dark, tight and thumpy

I have a Circle K .136. I love it. I'm going to try the .142 next time.

Hated the TI Jazz Flats B string. To each their own.
