Not a sponsored or affiliated post, just sharing. Stumbled upon a Reverb listing recently while not being super into my jazz V and made an impulse purchase. Have been wanting a pseudo-Stingray to satisfy my MM itch without dropping $3k for a while now, including the birdseye neck and I wanted a flamed or quilt top. Otherwise pretty standard stuff.
The bass arrived a few days ago and it's well above and beyond my expectations for the cost and considering it's from a maker that TalkBass has zero threads on and I had never heard of.
I really dislike the preamp (EMG - I pretty much dislike everything they make) but that's small potatoes and doesn't make me play it any less as of yet. The fit and finish of the bass is on par with my former Roscoes and the MTDs I've played while being priced around a US Fender.
