Jack?

Just got my GZR P bass pup. It comes with pots and a jack. I was just wondering if the jack is a Switchcraft.

If it's a Switchcraft, it should be stamped on the internal aspect of the ground (?) lug. I've got one sitting on my workbench. If not Switchcraft, don't get too bent as I've run across some imports which are perfectly fine & serviceable. For that fact, I'm not overwhelmed by the Switchcraft barrel jacks and pretty much treat them as consumable and eventually requiring replacement.

Every EMG setup I've gotten in recent past included a NOT Switchcraft jack. I'll use them as basic replacements and they work, but most recently, I built a bass with one and noticed a very distinct difference in feel when engaging the cable. It wasn't nearly as "positive" as the real deal. It works fine, but as far as I can tell, it's not the real deal.
