Went to their show last night in Montreal. Brown opened for Taylor but James joined Jackson for the last 2 songs of his set.

Jackson's bassist was Bob Glaub. Solid and tasteful player. Couldn't see his bass but appeared to use an Ampeg rig with a Reddi on top.

James' bassist and band leader was Jimmy Johnson. Tasteful fills all night long and one what-was-that? fill, you know, a jaw dropping fill ;). No amp on stage and his 5 string Alembic with the red leds on the top of the neck.

Great show and great musicianship! The incredible Gadd on drums (the dude is 77 years old and can still play, well, he's incredible), Michael Landau on guitar, Michito Sanchez on percs

Go and see them!
