That's footage from one of his technique videos...which was more of an interview if I recall. I think at the end he's actually killing it on the piano as well.

I think it's from the "Modern Electric Bass" video with Jerry Jemmott doing the interviewing. Very interesting video end to end if you can find it.

I read (I think in the Milkowski biography) that Jaco was in very bad shape at the time they recorded this, like as in they had to go pick him up off the street and bring him in to do the recording. The only reason I mention that is that, if true, check out how bad ass he still was.

Yeah, he was detoxing when they shot that, he didn't even have a bass. Amazing still!
