We are producing two separate apps for Android. One is for the tablet (set to release first) with the other being designed for phones (set to be released after that). The tablet one should be released soon but unfortunately we don't have an ETA on the phone version.Good to hear. Will it work on Android phones as well (fingers crossed)?

Keep in mind...JamPlay.com itself works GREAT on all mobile devices, including Android phones.
We are about a week away from releasing a revision to the members lesson pages which will fix this incompatibility on Nexus 7 devices. That's one of the few (as well as the Galaxy Tab 2) devices will a known issue. The rest, we believe, all work great.that is incorrect. First you have to sideload flash. I can get one browser to sorta work on my nexus 7v2, but the same browser does not work on my galaxy 5. They both run into the problem of forwarding through the differnt scenes in lessons. It won't transition to the next or you can't go to the one you want to watch.
Hey guys...Kevin here with JamPlay. Since our launch in 2007, we focused solely on guitar. Throughout the past year, we've been working hard to get a bunch of great teachers / content together for our bass lessons.
That product launched earlier this year. We're proud of what we've put together and strongly believe you guys will learn a lot from it also.
As someone said, the trial membership is only good for our guitar product right now. But if you want a bass trial, just sign up for a guitar trial and email me (kevin at jamplay dot com) and I'll take care of you.
As an alternative, you can sign up for a paid membership and see how you like it. If you feel it's not for you, let us know and we'll give you a full refund.
If anyone has any other questions let me know!
Yup email me [email protected] with your JamPlay username and I can convert your account to a bass trial.Hi Kevin,
Is there anyway that I can get my trial account converted to bass. I really want to try the website. The guitar section looks awesome and I will sign up for the full version after seeing the bass lessons. Thank you.
Awesome man. If you have any questions let us know!sub'd.
I've been considering this for a bit. . . seems intriguing.
My apologies if you didn't feel it was worth the money a few years ago when you tried it out. I believe we launched with 5 teachers. I assure that we've added a TON of awesome content since then. You can see a Link RemovedI'll toss in my .02 here....I checked out the jamplay bass lessons closer to when they were released.
I had experience with the guitar side of jamplay which I found to be an excellent deal.
The bass content was SAD with a capital S. I'm talking about maybe 5-6 lessons tops, all from the guy megadeath. Seriously, that was it. And they were charging full price for this (19.99 or 15 /mo, can't remember which) and you can't access the guitar side. It was a total rip off IMO. I immediately emailed and demanded a refund. Jamplay DID refund my money after replying to my email with various justifications for their price and lack of content. I had my $ back so that was fine.
It may be better now but after this initial investigation I won't consider Jamplay for the bass content until I hear from many TB'ers that its now awesome.
