I have a jazz bass body I got for cheap, don't know what the brand is, I assume it's a squier or some kind of knockoff but it's a decent enough body with good weight and a nice finish.
Anyway the neck pocket is 65mm or 2 9/16 and I can't find any necks that are a good fit, any recommendations (would prefer not to go over 200$) would be nice. Also could I just get away with using a 64mm neck and having a small gap? I tried a squier jazz neck before and the neck would move back and forth in the pocket and detune the strings. Any information about this particular body would be helpful too if I could identify it.
