JAZZ BASS HELP

So here's the thing--ANY bass can be used for ANY genre. People argue that by saying they'd never bring a pointy Jackson to a jazz gig, but that's only a question of LOOKS, not sound.

For versatility, it's reasonable to say a two-pickup bass might be more versatile than a one-pickup bass. But even that gets argued by P-bass fans.
