Jazz bass onboard preamp

I’m looking for an onboard preamp for my jazz bass.

Requirements are as follow:
2 band- stacked
Active/passive mode
Fits in to a j bass plate(with battery), meaning no physical change whatsoever...
Is there such an animal??

I use the John East J Retro Deluxe. Outstanding tone, requires only one battery, there’s a battery clip on the bottom side of the plate….

Have you considered it being a Filter preamp? Check the NFP Jazzplate.
