I got it today, i'm getting ready to play it. I've been itching all day. I forgot my cords and stuff and my friends, so I won't be able to rock out through my amp any time soon. So i'm just going to get a feel. It's weird, playing a bass older then I am.
I was giddy like a school girl when the fed-ex dude brought it to my work. I was jumping up and down giggling " teehehehehehehehehe"

That looks soooo awesome! So basically you just stripped the finish on it? I'm thinking of buying an americn deluxe jbass and wouldn't getting that look out of it.
Yeah, I'm thinking of doing that to my SX. I really don't like the sunburst on it and I plan on making it my project bass anyway.
