Jazz Bass Replacement Neck: Slimmest Option?

The thinnest I had was a Warmoth slim taper jazz bass neck made of roasted maple and steel reinforcement rods.

I gave it to a friend as it was too small for my middle finger near the headstock.

I also tried a Bacchus jazz bass a while ago and remember vaguely the neck was very thin as well.

At a point, they start flexing too much.

The original CIJ Jags had a neck profile similar to a Geddy, but everythingh after reverted to standard Jazz size.

Thanks to everyone for all of the responses, they have been helpful.

The talk of spacing got me thinking about the bridge I was using a Babicz replacement.

It does not have anyway to adjust the spacing, so I put the original bridge back on as a test.

The original bridge allows for some adjustment and after playing with it for a bit, it feels better than it had.

I think this will be enough to "solve the problem" ( which was not the end of the world to start with).

The Warmoth neck with steel reinforcement bars doesn’t have that problem.
