Manic Depression is a really fun one as well.
Voodoo Child is great also. My band plays it and we pass around the riff to each person. Pretty fun to play with people. Remember, if you want to play along to the recording, you may want to tune down a half step, or you'll be playing in some funny positions.

Although I'm not a big Hendrix fan, I can tell for sure that my favorites are "Hey Joe" and "Purple Haze".
"Stone Free" is one of my favs to play, nice bass groove.
"Little Wing" is another good one, offers plenty of room for improvising.
If you like to use your bass fuzz try "Dolly Dagger". I second all the above as well, not going to find a bad Hendrix song IMO.

yes, i forgot about "Who Knows". i know the tune but never knew the title. while searching YouTube for that, I found another good bass line, "Them Changes."
