    It was a meme. Not even specifically related to BLM,,, more a joke about protestors blocking cars...,
    I can't believe he got sacked for that

    I read the article. The key phrase is "appears to have been sacked ". So who knows. May have just been a convenient excuse for a culmination of things. Or his boss may have took it the wrong way. This is why you share things with your friends instead of broadcasting it to the world.
