Double Bass John Patitucci Masterclass @ UofT!

Hey everyone, just though I'd throw this out there for any of you Toronto jazzers.

John Patitucci is doing a masterclass at the Church of the Redeemer which is right outside the Faculty of Music at the University of Toronto, at the corner of Bloor and Avenue Road. U of T faculty saxophonist Tim Ries will be playing with him at the masterclass. I don't know about the rest of the band though.

Friday, December 5th, 1:30-3:00PM. 10 bucks at the door.

Come on out, it's gonna be great.

Side note - He played at the Rex last night with Tim Ries on saxophones and Max Roach (he's a 4th year drummer at U of T - incredible drummer) and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen.
