This is a reminder of why I love Sadowsky.
Sounds great! Love the clean look, natural body and maple board.
Hopefully he left the Sadowsky preamp in and didn’t switch it out for a Tone Monster

It still sounds like a Sadowsky to me, but it probably sound nice passive through the right amp.
I didn’t know they made the singlecuts with jazz pickups. I’ve only seen them with the modern soap bars.
In theory the sadowsky preamp seems limited. In reality its one of the best out there for so long now. Lets be honest, I've never gonna cut bass on a on-board preamp (or the outboard pedal) and most active trble cuts are voiced to high to be that good for cutting, the passive tone control their is better for that. I could never stand my l-2500's until I started running them through sadowsky pre amps
