I bought the Catalyst Jazz 5-string (JJ-335) in translucent black.

Any other Johnson bass owners out there? Show off your Johnsons!

NOTE: Right it is obvious the euphemisms possible, but, please, try and fit in some actual bass talk. I would hate for the admins to ban me for the brand of my bass and the conversations the brand inspires.

I may have helped another bass player to join the ranks of Johnson bass ownership. During a church service I was sitting in on this morning, one of the guitarists was using my bass while I was on drum set for a few songs. He liked the neck and overall look of the guitar. He had never heard of Johnson before.

He also liked the price. He assumed it was much more expensive than what I actually paid.
