As lunchtime approached at work I discoverd that my new BSX Allegro had been delivered to Reception downstairs. I made it to lunch before I went down and got it, resisting the urge to prematurely leave a 'fascinating' Excel workbook template I have been working on.
So I am now a member of the 'upright' world (I don't have an acoustic upright unfortunately). All I need to do now is figure out how to play it! (I have a very reputable teacher lined up for the new year, but I have too much on between now and then to start). So I guess I should avoid playing on it until lessons so I don't teach myself bad habits.
I will post some pics of a big guy with a big smile... and the bass when I get home tonight.
