JustStrings.com slow on processing orders.

I recently took advantage of an string sale at juststrings.com and purchased some much needed replacement strings.
Unfortunately, I have not received any status updates regarding my order in 5 days.
I've ordered strings from them in the past with no issues.
Anyone else experiencing issues?

I've gotten some good deals through them. Lower your expectations regarding inventory accuracy and shipping any time soon, and you'll eventually recieve strings at a decent price.

Using Strings By Mail now. Recently JS got kind of halfassed on researching if a type/brand of string was available or even made.

The deal would have to be phenomenal to make me use any of these one man operation string websites. My experiences with them have always been less than stellar. I use Amazon and shop locally.

Huh…while I haven’t ordered from JustStrings in a few months, they’ve been my go-to string supplier for probably 15 years, and I’ve never had a problem with delivery times or inventory misrepresentation. :shrugs:

To me, the proliferation of online purchasing vs in-store pushes the requirement for rapid and full communication right to the top of my list. If I don't hear back from an online seller within a couple days, regardless if they are a “one-man shop” or not, they lose my business. It amazes me that some online sellers do not realize the concern that many purchasers have regarding lack of rapid communication and how simple it is to accommodate and retain loyalty of those customers.

This time of year, more people are ordering, and shippers are overwhelmed.

Lots of people take a day or so off work to be with family this time of year. Sucks when other people do it but it would suck worse if your boss said you couldn’t do it.

I don’t want to be the one to say this but if you are ordering strings in the holiday season you should not expect them overnight unless you are paying a premium.

Ordered a set of SIT RB SS, it took them a couple days to process last week, but it says they are coming tomorrow.
